CHANGE IN SEASONS – HYDRATING HAIR PACK GIVEAWAY COMPETITION

1. This Change In Seasons Hydrating Hair Pack Giveaway (Competition) is promoted by Jeval Australia (ABN 66 109 085 181) (we, us or our).
2. By entering this Competition, all entrants (you or your) will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms). Any breach of these Terms or our privacy policy may result in disqualification from the Competition.
3. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this Competition, these Terms prevail.
4. The Competition:
1. begins at 9am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEST) on Tuesday 1^st June 2021; and
2. ends at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 10^th June 2021 (Promotion Period).
   The Competition is open to Australian residents ONLY.
5. Employees and contractors (and their Immediate Families) of Jeval Australia (ABN 66 109 085 181) our Related Bodies Corporate and the agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.
6. This Competition is a game of skill. To enter the Competition, you must, during the Promotion Period:
1. In 25 words or less, answer the entry question - What product would you like to see us come up with next?
2. Enter your name and email address
7. You can only submit ONE entry for the duration of the Promotional Period.
8. We will not accept entries submitted after the end of the Promotion Period.
9. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
10. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be invalid at our discretion.
11. We are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, lost, late or misdirected entries.
12. If there is a dispute as to your identity or details, we reserve the right to determine your identity or details and our determination is final.
13. There will be FIVE winners.
14. Winners will be determined based on the creativity of their entry answer to the entry question as stated above.
15. Each prize pack is valued over $107 RRP with the total prize pool valued at $535 RRP and includes the following products: Moisture Ever After Shampoo, Moisture Ever After Conditioner, A Tall Drink Of Water, Shine, Sealed...Delivered, Work It Texturising Wax Spray.
16. The Winners will be drawn within 5 business days from the competition closing
17. The Winners will be notified within 48 hours after the draw
18. The Winners will be notified via the email provided, as well as announced on Instagram
19. By entering the Competition, you consent to us publishing your details.
20. Our draw is final.
21. To claim the prize, respond to the email with your full name, phone number, email address and Australian address.
22. The prize(s) must be claimed as offered within 28 days of the winners announcement.
23. Any part of the prizes may be replaced with something of similar value or specification if it is unavailable or out of stock, subject to required regulatory approval.
24. A prize is not transferable, saleable or redeemable as cash, credit or equivalent.
25. If a winner does not claim their prize within the prescribed time, we will conduct a redraw as per the same method explained in clause 14
26. We own all entries, including any Intellectual Property Rights comprised in the entries and their content.
27. You are responsible for the entry you submit, including its content (such as text, images, photos and videos) and any accompanying comments.
28. We are not liable in any way for your entry to the fullest extent permitted by law.
29. Entries and details collected may be entered into a database.
30. By entering this Competition, you consent to us:

• publishing your Personal Information, or disclosing your Personal Information to State and Territory lottery departments, as required by relevant laws; and
• using your name and likeness in any media, for an unlimited period for promotional purposes without payment to you, including for the purposes of promoting this Competition and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by us or our Related Bodies Corporate.
• Sending your marketing materials (including email marketing) from the Company or related partners.
